Return Process

  Contact our support team via the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, ladders, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule Collection

  For rooftop tents, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller gear, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
